1. Data collected
We collect: name, email, answers provided in the 22-question diagnostic, and browsing data (when analytics is active — see item 7). Payment data is processed directly by Stripe; Infinity does not store card numbers.
2. Legal basis for processing
Data processing is based on the explicit consent given in the diagnostic form and on the need to perform the contract (delivery of the Blueprint/Core), under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018 — LGPD). For users in the EU/Switzerland, the same processing purposes are pursued on the basis of consent and contractual necessity under applicable GDPR-adjacent data protection law.
3. Use of third-party artificial intelligence
The diagnostic answers are sent to Anthropic (provider of the Claude model) to generate the Blueprint and the Cores, including an international data transfer to servers in the United States. Anthropic processes this data as a subprocessor, under the terms of its own API data policy, available at https://www.anthropic.com/policy.
4. Storage
Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure and replicated in Notion as an internal operational record. We adopt reasonable technical security measures to protect data against unauthorized access.
5. Retention
Data is retained while the account is active and for up to 12 months after the last use, after which it may be anonymized or deleted, unless a legal retention obligation applies.
6. Data subject rights
Under the LGPD, the user may request at any time: confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, or deletion of their data. Requests should be sent to contact@infinitytechagency.com and will be answered within 15 days.
7. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand platform usage (pages visited and conversion events, such as starting and completing the diagnostic). Tracking is only enabled after explicit consent, given through the cookie banner shown on the first visit. No browsing data is linked to your identity without that consent, and you may revoke it at any time by clearing your browser data.
8. Sharing with third parties
We share data only with: Anthropic (AI generation), Stripe (payment), Resend (transactional emails), and Google Analytics (analytics, only with consent — see item 7). No data is sold to third parties.
